I didn’t know about this trip even one week ago. Everything eventually fall into space like destiny. A few days back, when i was in duty, one of my friend told and asked me if i want to go on a trip to north bengal with them. After a little hesitation i told them i will go, but on bike. I also applied for leave instantly. I have planned to go to north bengal by bike for a long time. I can judge my limit and also my bike’s limit by this. But my family didn’t gave permission. I didn’t cancel the leave application yet. I thought if not bike, then do the cycle trip that i also wanted for long. Then i came to know that my starting date is actually the date of World Bicycle Day. So, I finally decided that this is the time. I have to do this. So i finalised the cycle trip.
This is the approximate route. The idea is to reach ajodhya hills via Bishnupur, Bankura and then return to tamluk via mukutmanipur and jhargram. The total distance will be around 700 km and i plan to do this in 6-7 days. So not much tough planning. The main thing is that i habe done the last multiday trip 9 years back. After that no this long trip. So really excited for this trip.
